Annual General Meeting

The 176th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Melbourne Cricket Club was held on Wednesday August 14, 2013 in the Members Dining Room. 

President Paul Sheahan, treasurer Michael Happell and CEO Stephen Gough addressed the meeting and spoke to their reports contained in the 2012/13 Annual Report.

Two committee members – Charles Sitch and Mark Smith – stood for re-election by rotation and Thomas Hudson, John Mugavin, Stuart Stockdale and Christopher Stolz presented themselves for election via the ballot process.

The results of the election were announced at the meeting and were as follows:
