The MCC netball team in action. In February, 2011 netball joined the list of sports in which the MCC competes.

The first MCC Netball event was a friendly tournament against the Hong Kong Cricket Club.

The enthusiastic participation of the players during this event led the club to enter three teams into the Parkville Netball Association in August, 2011.

The first season was a success, with all three teams experiencing wins in the tough competition.

The top team, MCC 1, won the A1 premiership and subsequently received an invitation to join Parkville NA’s Premier Division.
