IT’S notorious for waves of destruction and nasty winds, but this year Bass Strait could be where the super-fast, supermaxis come to a screeching halt.

OPENING batsman David Warner is adamant a sore thumb won’t keep him from the Boxing Day Test against India.

AUSSIE pace ace Mitchell Johnson won’t bite his tongue on Boxing Day declaring his baiting of rival batsmen will remain a part of his game.

CRICKET fans in the rest of Australia have seen what an excellent Test batsman Steve Smith has become in the past 12 months.
