Membership ServicesThe Membership Services Office, located inside the Gate 2 entrance, is open Monday to Friday (9am-5pm) as well as on event days.

Members can purchase and collect pre-purchased visitor tickets from the ticket windows to the right of the Gate 2 entrance on match days. 

All other general membership inquiries and transactions, including membership payments, lost cards, reciprocal ticketing and so on, can be made at the Membership Services windows to the left of Gate 2.

As an additional service to members, the Membership Services office will be open on all event days until the conclusion of the half-time break (football) and tea break (Test match - cricket) or dinner break (day/night cricket matches).

Staff will assist with inquiries on any matter affecting your membership and to assist in helping members familiarise themselves with the facilities and operational arrangements.

The club switchboard (03 9657 8888) will operate from 9.00am until the final siren (football) or close of play (cricket) on all event days.
