Young Members Sydney Trip
January 23-26, 2009
The club is calling all members interested in a fun-filled, whistlestop trip to Sydney over the Australia Day long weekend.
Members and up to two guests can spend four days and three nights experiencing all that Sydney has to offer, including a memorable evening harbour cruise, while enjoying the company of fellow members. The package also includes:
- Flights
- Accommodation
- Attendance at the Australia-South Africa one-day international at the SCG
- A lazy lunch and afternoon at Manly’s beaches
- Barefoot bowls and barbecue at Bondi to celebrate Australia Day
- Plenty of free time to explore or relax as you please.
- Private evening harbour cruise
Members also have the option to include in their package a memorable Harbour Bridge climb at an additional cost.

"Cricket Lovers" Tour
The MCC is sending a “Cricket Lovers” tour to the UK from July 5-24, 2009.
The journey will incorporate attendance at the First and Second Tests of the Ashes series at Cardiff’s Sophia Gardens and Lord’s, as well as a celebrity dinner in Cardiff hosted by former Australian Test bowlers Andy Bichel and Michael Kasprowicz.
Between Tests, the group will visit the Cotswolds in style.
