    Young Members' Champagne Tasting

    Champagne expert Kyla Kirkpatrick, aka The Champagne Dame, will take MCC young members and their guests on a colourful, enigmatic journey into the wonderful world of that most famous of sparkling wines on Friday March 13 in the Long Room.

    The sit-down event will be hosted by Kirkpatrick and follows on from successful scotch tasting events held by the MCC Young Members group in recent years.

    A Melbourne woman whose job must be the envy of many, Kirkpatrick honed her craft in the Champagne region of France. Her travels have helped uncover the unique grape varieties, traditional methode champagne production, the illustrious history of the wine and of course the opportunity to taste some of the most beautiful and rare champagnes in the world.

    MCC members aged 18-40 years can purchase tickets for themselves and up to four guests for this exciting event.

    Young Members' Bowls Night

    Fancy yourself as a lawn bowls enthusiast? Or just looking for a enjoyable time socialising and making new friends?

    Join the fun at the Young Members' Bowls Night on Friday February 13 at the MCC Bowls Section in Hawthorn.

    The evening costs $25 per person and included in the cost are green fees and BBQ dinner. Drinks are at bowls club prices.

    Group bookings of four are encouraged however individual bookings are welcome.
