Deaths and Resignations

Resigning from Membership

A member wishing to resign from the club must do so in writing. Letters should be addressed to the Member Systems Coordinator and the membership card must be returned to the club.

Notification of the death of a member

Upon the death of a member, relatives and friends should inform the club either in writing or by phone as per below:

Refunds and transfers of membership

Unfortunately, there is no provision in the club rules for refunds to be paid on annual membership subscriptions.

Similarly, club membership is strictly of a personal nature and cannot be transferred to another person or family member.
