How to obtain Passes

Advance Applications
For most MCG events, a set number of both Long Room and Balcony passes will be available for booking in advance.

Applications will be processed in order of receipt and accepted via the online advance application form, by fax (03 9650 5682), email (membership@mcc.org.au) or post.

In the interests of allowing as many members as possible the opportunity to introduce guests into these areas, a limit of 10 successful advance applications per member for the football season applies and a limit of three applies during the cricket season.

Members who do not collect their allocation of passes without notifying the club in advance, will be excluded from making further applications during the season.

Click here for opening and closing dates for each event and the latest availability.

Applications received outside this time frame will not be accepted.

Matchday Applications
Passes not allocated in advance will be available for collection by members on match day from the Passes windows, to the left of Gate 2, one hour prior to the gate opening time.

Click here for the latest news about the availability of passes on match day.

Members who have booked passes in advance are not able to obtain additional passes from the matchday allocation.
