What if I want to change my name?
MCC members or waiting list candidates wishing to change their name are required to forward a photocopy of the relevant documentation to the club.

The documentation required includes a copy of a marriage certificate, deed poll or birth extract, depending on the circumstances relevant to the name change. 

Additionally, a letter outlining your full name and date of birth, and your membership card number (if applicable) should accompany the documentation, in order to update our records.
