    Geoff Ogilvy tees off at St Andrews BeachWith The Presidents Cup recently held in Melbourne, it’s timely to remind MCC members of the opportunity they have to play at three of Victoria's finest golf courses at special rates.

    Thirteenth Beach
    Comprising two 18-hole championship courses, Thirteenth Beach is located just over an hour from Melbourne along the scenic coastline near Barwon Heads.   Ben Jarvis, golf operations manager, says both courses are in fine shape.

    Green fees are set at the special price of $49 midweek (normally $59) and $59 on weekends and public holidays (normally $79). Non-MCC members will be required to pay full fees.

    St Andrews Beach
    Green fees for members at St Andrews Beach, one of Australia’s premier courses, are just $69 on weekends, public holidays and in the December 26-January 17 period, a 15 per cent saving.

    Midweek rates (excluding the aforementioned peak periods) are just $55 per member. Non-MCC members will be required to pay full fees. Discounted carts are also available for MCC members.

    Ranfurlie
    Part of the Amstel Golf Club in Cranbourne, this private course is available on Sunday (mornings may be restricted) and weekdays at just $55 per MCC member, along with golf cart discount.

    Members may bring up to three guests at the discounted price.

    Bookings are available six days in advance and dress regulations apply.
