    Netballers reach finals

    Jul 03, 2012

MCC netballers in actionCongratulations to the club's three netball teams - MCC 1, MCC 2 and MCC 4 - who will compete in Parkville Netball Competition’s upcoming autumn finals on July 16 and 17, 2012.

Last year saw MCC 1 take the A1 premiership title - this season we have upped the ante with three teams making it to finals.

The three sides have been solid all season, signs that MCC is moving up the netball ranks.

After a blistering season, MCC 1 have finished third on the ladder in Premier Division 5, MCC 2 have led the A4 Division for most of the season and MCC 4 have done well finishing fourth.

MCC 2 and MCC 4 will be playing their first final on Monday July 16 and MCC 1 will play on Tuesday July 17.

All games are played at the State Netball and Hockey Centre in Parkville with times to be confirmed closer to the date.

We encourage everyone to come along and support the teams as MCC Netball continues to step up the tempo as a competitive and social special interest group.

We wish all teams well. Go Demons!
