The MCG is a popular venue for a variety of activities performed by stakeholders, media, students, government and commercial enterprises.
The MCC receives numerous requests to access the venue on non-event days. The club also receives requests for access to other MCC-managed venues, such as the Albert Ground.
The MCC Communications Department will be the first point of contact to manage non-event day MCG access requests, and ensure that relevant MCC policies, including safety requirements and arena availability, are complied with.
To make a request, please email firstname.lastname@example.org in the first instance, detailing the nature of your request and the preferred date, time and other requirements.
An assessment will then be undertaken as to the suitability of the request.
