    The names of Playing members who have qualified may be submitted to the Committee for consideration of the granting of preference at an election of new Full members of the club.

    Playing members who have been approved for preference at an election of new Full members may at the direction of the Committee be included in such an election when they have completed their playing career, or at such earlier time as the Committee in its discretion may determine.
