    Vehicle Parking

    Car
Car parking is usually available at the MCG in Yarra Park on event days. This land is controlled by the City of Melbourne and managed by Secure Parking.  Parking currently costs $8.00 per car.

Occasionally parts of Yarra Park are closed to save the grass after heavy rain. Street parking is very limited due to strict Council Regulations.

Parking in high-rise parking buildings in the CBD is another option for MCG visitors.  It is an easy walk from the city via pedestrian bridges.

    Bus
Buses travelling to the MCG can utilise parking space in the Melbourne & Olympic Parks precinct.

A booking service for bus operators to book their space for events is now available through to December 2008.
