Seat ticket distributionSeat tickets will be issued upon arrival (one per person present) in the walkup areas on the first three levels of the Reserve, but not the top level.
CAR PARKING ADVICEWith a large crowd expected, and some paddocks unavailable due to the AFL Footy Festival, car parking in Yarra Park will be severely limited.
Please take public transport to the MCG, or park elsewhere, including at Le Garage (114 Flinders St) at a discounted rate of $8 by scanning your event ticket at the pay station.
Arrive earlySecurity measures such as bag checks and patron scanning will again be in place as fans make their way into the stadium.
This process will take time, so please be patient - and limit the number of bags you bring. Each bag will be inspected, so the more bags you bring the longer it will take.
It is recommended that members and guests arrive as early as possible once Gate 2 opens.
BehaviourOver the first two weeks of the finals series staff have had to deal with an unusually high number of complaints in relation to the poor behaviour of some members and guests in the Reserve, many of which related to abusive language in the seating bowl.
It is an opportune time to remind members that you are responsible for not only your own conduct but that of your guests. We want everyone in the Reserve to enjoy the finals matches in a comfortable, pleasant and safe environment befitting the standards of the club.
Help us help youSecurity and event staff are doing an important job, so please help them by co-operating at all times.
Be our eyes and ears: If you see something you think is suspicious, immediately inform event staff, a security guard or police.
DiningThe Members Dining Room and Jim Stynes Grill are now booked out.
Provisional membersProvisional members will not be able to use their membership card to enter the Reserve during the AFL Finals Series.
Bicycle parkingPatrons are asked to refrain from locking their bicycle up on the MCG concourse, or in an area that is likely to cause an obstruction or is too close to congested queues or crowds of people.
Any bicycle deemed to meet the above criteria will be removed and stored inside the MCG for a patron to collect after the match.
There are approximately 80 bike hoops in Yarra Park, with most of those close to the concourse. View a map of bike hoop locations
