The annual Women in Cricket Test Breakfast hosted by Tiffany Cherry will again be held in the Members' Dining Room on Day 2 of the Boxing Day Test.

This year we will enjoy breakfast whilst hearing from Australian former international cricketer who played international cricket for 14 years, Glenn McGrath. Glenn was a fast-medium pace bowler and is considered one of the greatest international bowlers of all time. Now a commentator and President of the McGrath Foundation he will provide some great insights into the game ahead as well as his work with the Foundation.
Our second guest speaker is Alison Mitchell. A trailblazer in her field, Alison has led the way as a female sports commentator, reporting on her first Test match in 2003 at Lord’s for BBC radio, before going on her first England men’s tour to Pakistan in 2005, then establishing herself in 2007 as the first woman to be a regular part of TMS’s ball by ball commentary team for both men’s and women’s international cricket both home and away. Since then she has covered the international game as her full time career, taking in World Cups and touring to all major Test playing nations.

The breakfast package includes a sit-down breakfast, full beverage service and a reserved seat on Level 2 of the Members Reserve to watch the cricket.

Bookings will open at 9.00am on Tuesday November 15 on a first-in first-served basis and is only open to Full and Restricted members who may bring two (2) guests along. We encourage members to book early to avoid disappointment.

A reminder that all guests will require a visitor ticket to gain entry to the ground. Visitor tickets are available to purchase here
