AFL Preliminary Final arrangements

The MCG will host one match in the third week of the 2018 AFL Finals Series.

Friday September 21 at 7.50pm
Gate 2 opens at 5.00pm

Access to the Reserve

Full and Restricted members will be able to scan their card at the turnstiles to access the Reserve (subject to capacity).

Note: Full and Restricted members must have renewed their subscription for the new season in order for their card to work at the turnstiles.

Reserved seats

UPDATE: All 9000 reserved seats on levels 1 and 4 have sold out. The remaining 13,000 seats and standing room spaces will be available on a first-in, first-served basis on Friday at 5.00pm.

Visitor tickets

UPDATE: All visitor tickets have sold out.

Children aged five and under will be admitted free of charge into available walkup seating areas.

Dining

Registrations in the Members Dining Room and Jim Stynes Grill will be accepted on Tuesday September 18 between 9.00am and 5.00pm.

Seat ticket distribution

UPDATED: Seat tickets will be issued upon arrival in the walkup areas on all four levels of the Reserve and wristbands will be issued in standing bays.

Long Room and Balcony passes

There will be no Long Room or Balcony passes issued for this match.

Car parking closed

As has been the case at other blockbuster matches in the finals series, there will not be any public parking in Yarra Park.

However, there will be a limited number of spaces available for disability permit holders via Gate 3 (opening time to be confirmed).

Provisional members

Provisional members will not be able to use their membership card to enter the Reserve.

Reciprocal clubs

Please note that members of interstate reciprocal clubs will not have access to the MCC Reserve during the AFL Finals Series.

Overseas members

MCC Overseas membership fees do not cover entry into the AFL finals series, an admission fee is payable to activate your membership card for entry using the application forms below.
