Our Reconciliation Action Plans
Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan 2026-2028
Our current Innovate RAP sets out meaningful commitments across relationships, respect, opportunities and governance and builds on the foundations of our Reflect RAP.
Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan
Our first RAP established the foundations for reconciliation at the MCC - identifying relationships, learnings and opportunities for meaningful action
Our Commitments
Our Innovate RAP is structured around four pillars and aligns with Reconciliation Australia's framework for meaningful change.
Relationships
Fostering genuine connections with First Peoples, communities and organisations
Respect
Deepening our understanding of First Peoples' histories, cultures and rights
Opportunities
Improving employment, economic and social outcomes for First Peoples
Governance
Embedding accountability and transparency into our reconciliation actions and reporting
As caretakers of the MCG, the Melbourne Cricket Club recognises the living history of our ground and its significance to the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung, which continues to guide our reconciliation efforts.
