This will ensure that you receive your offer of membership when you are eligible.
Updating your personal details
You will need your File number in order to verify yourself as a waiting list candidate and to submit your details. If you no longer have your file number, please contact the Club.
How long must I wait to be a member?
The committee determines the number of candidates it can offer Full, Restricted and Provisional membership in June/July of each year.
Due to numerous variable factors that are taken into consideration when determining new member intakes each year, it is not possible to estimate exactly how long a candidate on the waiting list will have to wait before they are offered membership. However, we do know the nomination date of the latest candidates elected to membership in our most recent intake.
2025/26 Membership Intake
The MCC Committee has confirmed the membership intake for the 2025/26 season.
Those elected in the new intake received an offer of membership in mid-2026.
Full Membership
The Club proposes to elect to Full membership existing Restricted members nominated on the waiting list from February 1, 1993 to January 31, 1994 inclusive.
Restricted Membership
Existing Provisional members nominated from February 1, 2001 to November 30, 2003 inclusive will be upgraded to Restricted membership.
Provisional Membership
Waiting list candidates nominated from January 1, 2008 to April 30, 2009 inclusive were offered Provisional membership.
Waiting List
The waiting list, therefore, will consist of candidates nominated from May 1, 2009 to today.

Waiting list candidates are eligible to receive special offers to attend events inside the Members' Reserve. Please ensure your details are updated so you don't miss out.
