Seating on Levels 2 & 3, Long Room and Balcony Passes

Unreserved seating on Levels 2 and 3 will be available for members and visitors with Long Room or Balcony passes on a first-in, first-served basis in accordance with match category conditions.

Once an unreserved seat has been chosen on Levels 2 and 3, those in attendance will be issued with a reserved seat ticket.

A Long Room or Balcony pass will be required for guests wishing to access unreserved seating on Levels 2 and 3 (subject to match category conditions) unless otherwise advised.

Members booking reserved seats on Level 2 will be limited to the same number of visitor tickets that apply for Balcony passes.

Visitors with a Level 2 reserved seat do not require a Long Room or Balcony pass to access their seats, however, a Long Room pass (subject to availability) is required for visitors wishing to access the Long Room.

The Long Room is only available to eligible members in line with match category conditions as well as visitors with a Long Room pass. Members and visitors must be aged 18 and over to access the Long Room.

A Long Room pass provides a visitor with access to the Long Room and unreserved seating on Levels 2 and 3 of the Members’ Reserve. Dress standards apply.

Members can apply for Long Room or Balcony passes depending on the match category, subject to availability. Applications for Long Room and Balcony passes can be made in line with the application periods listed for each match on their event pages, or until passes are exhausted.

Applications will be processed in order of receipt and accepted online via each event page.

All available passes not allocated in advance will be available for collection on match day from the passes window on the left-hand side of Gate 2.

Balcony passes will not be required for visitors to access Level 2 and 3 seating for Big Bash League and Sheffield Shield matches.

Please note: Long Room and Balcony passes are not a match ticket. Visitors still require a pre-purchased reserved seat or general admission visitor ticket to access the match.

50-Year members can access seating in the 50-Year member section (N42) on Level 2 of the Members’ Reserve as well as the John Landy Room, exclusively available to 50-Year members. Visitor access into the John Landy Room and the 50-Year member section is subject to demand.

A dedicated amount of seating in the 50-Year member section will be available for pre-booking, with the remainder of the seating section and any unallocated reserved seating available for unreserved access on match days.

A reminder that dress standards apply in the John Landy Room, in line with the dress standards for the Long Room. Find out more about dress standards here.

Reserved seating for patrons requiring accessible seating, including wheelchair spaces, and their carers (with a government-issued Companion Card) is available to purchase via the Ticketek event page when tickets are on sale.

Unreserved seating and spaces will also be available on a first-in, first served basis on match days, subject to availability.
