Step into the warmth of the French Alps for a cosy winter celebration of alpine cheese traditions in the Committee Room Restaurant.
Begin the evening with a glass of mulled wine (vin chaud) on arrival before enjoying Tartiflette - the iconic, rich and comforting dish of the French alps.
Raclette cheese stations will serve melted to order cheese alongside the classic potatoes and charcuterie. The evening will finish with a seasonal dessert to complete the experience.
Hearty, indulgent and full of alpine charm, Melt brings the flavours of a European winter to your table.
