Step inside two of the MCC's finest dining destinations for an interactive cooking masterclass that is sure to elevate your next dinner party.
Hosted across the MCC Committee Room and Members' Dining Room kitchens, this immersive evening will be led by the MCG Chef de Cuisine, Jesse McFadden, and MCG Executive Pastry Chef, Ashley Smith. Read more about our chefs below.

- Arrival: Enjoy a glass of sparkling and canapés on arrival.
- Mediterranean cooking experience: In the kitchen of the Members’ Dining Room, Chef Jesse McFadden will take guests on a hands-on Mediterranean journey inspired by the flavours and philosophy of 1956 Restaurant. Learn how to shape your own delicate pastry and flatbreads.
- Dessert masterclass: In the Committee Room, Pastry Chef Ashley Smith will reveal the secrets behind elegant, stress-free entertaining and introduce guests to a make-ahead dessert. Then, assemble your own individual dessert which can be transformed into a showstopping centerpiece.
- Canapés in the Committee Room: We will reconvene in the Committee Room to close the evening’s class.
