About
The Melbourne Cricket Club invites members and guests to join in the Melbourne Cup celebrations from the Members' Reserve on Tuesday November 3, 2026.
The day will commence with photo opportunities in the Percy Beames Bar, where you will be treated to arrival drinks and canapes.
Enjoy the live broadcast of the ancillary races from the comfort of the Committee Room while you enjoy a two course sit down meal (entree and main). Then take in the main event, the Melbourne Cup, from the Long Room.
We welcome back former Group 1 Jockey and racing media personality, Alf Matthews as host, who will be joined by 1990 Collingwood premiership player and passionate racing enthusiast, Mick McGuane as guest speaker.
Guests will also enjoy a five-hour beverage package and plenty of Cup Day activities including a sweepstakes competition with prizes up for grabs.
