Emma Hume
Co-Chair
Adelaide-born but always destined for Melbourne, Emma is a sports enthusiast who seems to divide her loyalties between Port Adelaide and Collingwood (controversial, we know!). During winter you'll find her at the MCG most weekends, while spring sees her trackside at Flemington or Caulfield, attempting a very social game of golf, and clocking laps at MSAC. In her professional life, Emma works as a management consultant and brings strategic thinking, leadership, project management expertise and a passion for building meaningful events and partnerships.
Harrison Cook
Co-Chair
Originally from Bowral in regional New South Wales, Harry traded country life for Melbourne and quickly embraced everything the city has to offer. A devoted Sydney Swans supporter, you'll often find him at the MCG during footy season. In summer, he enjoys cycling, fair-weather golf and coordinating social touch rugby. Professionally, Harry specialises in Cyber Security and Policy, bringing strong leadership, governance, stakeholder engagement and strategic oversight to the committee.
Sanjeeva Pathinayake
Treasurer
When he's not at the footy, you'll find Sanjeeva on the tennis courts coaching at RSY or talking all things cricket, AFL and tennis. A passionate sports fan with a knack for bringing people together, Sanjeeva adds plenty of energy and enthusiasm to the Young Members community. In his professional career, he works in financial crime and contributes strong financial governance, strategic thinking and logistical expertise to the committee.
Lillie Callow
Secretary
Our resident golf professional, Lillie can often be found out on the fairways of Kingston Heath, though these days she's also embracing her newest and most rewarding role as a mum. Deeply connected to Melbourne's sporting community, Lily spends her time supporting the Saints, coaching golf and hosting a women-focused sports podcast. Working in the property industry, she brings exceptional organisation, coordination, creative thinking and valuable sporting connections to the committee.
Alex Hondromatidis
Committee Member
Alex is a passionate sports fan and dedicated Richmond supporter who rarely misses an opportunity to immerse himself in Melbourne's sporting calendar. With a background in competitive baseball, he brings a broad appreciation and knowledge of sport across many codes. More recently, Alex has embraced an exciting new chapter, welcoming his daughter and stepping into fatherhood. Professionally, he works in Financial Crime and Analytics, contributing strong analytical skills, logistical expertise and a wealth of sporting knowledge to the committee.
Dayna Lay

Dayna is the endurance athlete of the committee. When she's not cheering on the Tigers, she's likely training with a social running club or travelling to tackle her next marathon. Her passion for health, wellbeing and connection shines through both personally and professionally. Working in allied health within paediatrics, Dayna brings a wellbeing mindset, fresh event ideas, strong community connections and excellent coordination skills to the committee.
Rebecca Prince

Bec is the creative force behind many of the committee's social events. A loyal St Kilda supporter, she knows being a Saints fan requires equal parts hope, resilience and unwavering commitment. Outside of footy season, she is known for hosting elaborate themed dinner parties complete with carefully curated tablescapes and attention to every detail. It's no surprise that she works in event management, where creativity and execution go hand in hand. Bec brings a flair for event design, engaging social content, polished event delivery and innovative ideas that help create memorable experiences for Young Members.
