Please note that a Balcony or Long Room pass does not provide entry into the MCC Members' Reserve. Guests will require a valid visitor ticket to be obtained through Ticketek for entry (subject to match category and availability).
Who Can Access Balcony Seating?
Unreserved seating on Levels 2 and 3 is available for:
- Members (in accordance with match category conditions)
- Visitors with a Level 2 reserved seat
- Visitors with a General Admission ticket with a Long Room or Balcony pass
Availability is on a first-in, first-served basis.
About Balcony Passes
Balcony passes are not available at special events where the Members' Reserve is fully ticketed, such as the Bledisloe Cup, soccer, concerts and more.
Children aged 2 years and under as of the day of the match do not require a Balcony pass as long as they are accompanied by an adult and do not occupy a seat.

About Long Room Passes
A Long Room pass can be obtained for visitors, which provides access to the Long Room and Balcony unreserved seating on Levels 2 and 3 of the Reserve.
Members can apply for Long Room passes depending on the category of the match and subject to availability.
Only accessible for members and guests aged 18 or older.

Conditions
- Members can apply for Balcony or Long Room passes for their visitors depending on the match category, subject to availability.
- Members do not require a Long Room or Balcony pass for themselves as their membership card will provide access.
- Application for Long Room and Balcony passes open at 9:00am on the Monday two weeks prior to each round, and close at 5:00pm on the Tuesday of the following week or until all passes are exhausted. Unless Monday is a public holiday, in which case applications will be open on the Tuesday.
- Applications are processed in order of receipt via the MCC website.
- Limits on successful advanced applications apply: 10 per member per AFL season; 3 per member per cricket season.
- Any passes not allocated in advance will be available for collection on match day from the MCC Member Services window at Gate 2.
