Spend the festive season with the MCC

The Melbourne Cricket Club invites members and their guests to celebrate the festive season in the Members’ Reserve this November and December.

Members can once again bring their loved ones to the 'G for a photo with Santa in front of the spectacular MCG arena, across four sessions in November and December. Saturday November 28 will include a relaxed session for a less stimulating photo environment, while Sunday November 29 is your chance to bring a pet to our Santa Paws session.

Once you’ve got your photos sorted, it’s time to think about food. Come along to our Christmas Cooking Masterclass on Sunday December 6, where we’ll give you all the tips and tricks to wow your family and friends this holiday season.

After showcasing the new skills you’ve learnt at our masterclass, you’ll probably need a break from cooking. So, leave it to us!

On Christmas Day, the whole family is welcomed to the Reserve for all the traditional trimmings and festive cheer. Christmas Day luncheons are available across four venues: the Committee Room, the Members’ Dining Room, the Long Room and the Jim Stynes Grill.

Finally, after all the presents have been unwrapped and the Boxing Day Test is complete, close out the year in style at our New Year’s Eve at the 'G function, complete with dining, entertainment and spectacular views of the city’s midnight fireworks.
