NRMA Insurance Boxing Day Test concludes on Day 2

The 2025 NRMA Insurance Boxing Day Test between Australia and England has concluded after Day 2. As a result, no further play will take place on the remaining scheduled days (Days 3–5).

Ticket refunds

Tickets purchased for unused days will be refunded automatically by Ticketek in line with Cricket Australia’s refund policy. Patrons who purchased via the Ticketek website or call centre do not need to take any action. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, including transaction fees. Some refunds may process instantly, while others may take up to a week.

MCC members who purchased reserved seat or visitor tickets through Membership Services will be contacted directly within 10 business days regarding their refunds. Refunds will not be available at the MCG.

Functions and bookings

All functions and hospitality bookings scheduled for the remaining days have been cancelled. Guests with paid bookings will receive a full refund, which will be managed by the MCC. Committee Room bookings and unpaid function bookings have also been cancelled.
