2025 Hans Ebeling Award Winner
Life Member of the MCC Hockey sporting section, Tammy Foley, has been awarded one of the Club’s highest honours, receiving the prestigious 2025 Hans Ebeling Award.
The award recognises invaluable service to the Club’s sporting sections and was introduced in 1981 to honour those who have given outstanding service to one or multiple sports.
Tammy has dedicated 40 years both as a player and administrator, including representation across Women’s A Grade, State League 1 and Premier League.
Beyond her playing attributes, Tammy has been a reliable leader as a team captain and mentor to junior players.
Her knowledge and unrivalled passion have seen her play a pivotal role in player recruitment and retention, becoming the Chair of the Masters section in 2021.
The MCC congratulates Tammy on an incredible achievement and contribution to Club life.
